Job Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to drive new user growth across Web and Mobile platforms. You will take complete ownership of acquiring high-quality users and leads through performance channels like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, SEM, and Affiliate networks. If you’re passionate about data, performance marketing, and experimenting with new acquisition strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, SEM, and Media Buying platforms to deliver on ROI and volume targets.

• Own the full acquisition funnel—from strategy and execution to daily performance monitoring and optimization.

• Manage internal resources or external agencies to deliver high-performing campaigns and report against weekly/monthly KPIs.

• Forecast acquisition volumes and costs during quarterly and annual planning, collaborating closely with Design, Tech, and Finance teams.

• Continuously test and experiment with creatives, targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve cost-efficiency (CPC, CPL, CPA).

• Enhance campaign measurement and tracking accuracy to enable better decision-making and scaling.

• Stay hands-on with ad platforms—Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Twitter—demonstrating deep knowledge of campaign structure, targeting, optimization levers, and auction mechanics.
   

Qualifications & Skills Required 

• 2+ years of proven experience in managing and scaling paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

• Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving.

• Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) for performance analysis and forecasting.

• Demonstrated success in reducing CPC/CPL through optimization and creative testing.

• Excellent understanding of ad platforms, audience targeting, bidding models, and campaign performance metrics.

• Bonus: Experience in gaming, real-money gaming, or other high-growth digital industries.
