Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and deliver recruitment plan and strategies

  • Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop managers’ capability and knowledge on recruitment 

  • Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment results

  • Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies’ recruitment situation 

  • Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders

  • Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives

  • Support on other projects and events within department.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience

  • Proven experience in MCI Agency recruitment process

  • Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

  • Driven, well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
