Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor to plan and organize events, marketing activities and promotional campaigns in relation to agency recruitment activities.
- Organize regular recruitment activities, including but not limited to Job Fair and Career Expo, conduct briefing and prepare materials for agencies in order to ensure smooth operation.
- Plan IIQE exam full year schedule and logistic, communication with VTC and training department, conduct regular report and analysis on activities effectiveness.
- Maintain social media channels
- Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of events and premium design, also communicate with branding, legal and compliance for the output materials.
- Provide support on team administration, reports, logistics, such as payment, incentive reimbursement, stock record, office administration etc.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with agency recruitment and development is a definite advantage
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
