Primary Purpose: Assistant Manager (IC), Retail Strategy & Planning will be responsible for supporting the transition to a more customer-centric journey by enhancing customer engagement programs and driving positive sales momentum. - Support the day-to-day operation and optimization of Coach Korea's customer engagement programs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead and coordinate the transition from the current clienteling ecosystem to a future customer journey framework, aligned with business priorities and global strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to deliver customer-focused initiatives.
