Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Partnership will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve mutual objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, digital marketing knowledge and the ability to manage complex relationships. The team member will work closely with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to enhance business growth and customer engagement.

The Job

  • Manage partnership opportunities and relationship to increase business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate partnership agreements in line with the company’s strategic goals
  • Monitor and analyze the success of each partnership, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and build long-term relationships
  • Ensure that partners are aware of the company’s strategic objectives and how they can contribute to achieving these goals
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive increased revenues
  • Coordinate with partners to create marketing materials and promote partnerships
  • Prepare regular reports on the status of partnerships

The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in partnership management or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Sound hands on experience in partnership marketing, including marketing campaign and communication management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • A strong leader with excellent management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving oriented, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
