Job Description
- Develop and implement a digital strategy to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with digital initiatives inside and outside Nissan
- Demonstrate excellent digital skills and knowledge of marketing techniques for both customers (CX) and employees (SX)
- Design and lead digital strategy implementation in ASEAN markets
- Set clear digital objectives
- Improve data visibility to measure activity effectiveness and monitor KPIs
- Create VLP template for new model launches
- Generate innovative and brand-new digital activity ideas
- Train internal members and local marketing team to utilize digital tools like website and social media
- Suggest new method/workflow for better operations and customer experience
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5 year experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in digital marketing and project management
- Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with digital channels, especially website
- English communication skills
- SEO, analytics, and website creation skills are a plus but not required, as vendor support is available
