Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Retention
- Identify and Acquire potential B2B clients and develop sales tactics to convert leads into closed won
- Utilise value-based selling methodology to diagnose clients' requirements by identifying the client's problems, impact to client and possible solutions for clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and increase wallet share within timeline
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the company's products and services and use them to help solve client's requirements and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals
- Negotiate contract or quotation terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Ensure that sales agreements are beneficial for both the client and the company.
- Customer Support and Problem Resolution
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely internally with Solutions, Transport and Project Management Teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales, resulting in high conversion rate of sales
- Share client feedback with relevant departments to help improve products and services.
Requirement
- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in selling services or solutions to businesses in any field. Experience in selling logistics services or solutions will be highly advantageous.
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Ability to comprehend client business operations and needs to effectively close sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional pitching and presentation skills to capture and retain client interest.
- Strong logical and analytical skills to effectively quantify and communicate cost savings to clients.
- Passionate, Intellectually Curious, posses Adaptive and Independent learning
- Native Thai
- English TOEIC score of at least 650
