The Job

  • Implement the company's agency business development strategy within the MCV sector, proactively identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and support agents in targeting and acquiring key customer segments to effectively advance strategic objectives
  • Leverage extensive industry experience in insurance and a deep understanding of the financial and economic dynamics of the Chinese mainland's tourist market to design and execute impactful sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Develop tailored training programs for insurance agents based on the cultural characteristics and behavioral patterns of MCV clients, and independently create relevant sales materials and training modules
  • Identify and cultivate core training personnel within the organization, equip agents with the capability to lead company and team-building initiatives, and establish a comprehensive system for lecturer development and career progression
  • Demonstrate the ability to seamlessly collaborate with both the local team and the MCV team to ensure alignment and operational efficiency

The Person

  • Possess a bachelor's degree and more than 8 years of professional experience in the insurance and financial services industries, with a proven track record in business development and successful expansion into emerging markets
  • Proven experience in sales management, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in event planning and execution
  •  Deep expertise and experienced in MCV market, including an understanding of consumer behaviours, and competitive market landscape
  • Outstanding communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and extensive practical experience to efficiently drive business growth and team development
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in the design, development, and evaluation of training programs
  • Prior experience working in insurance companies on the Chinese mainland, particularly with top ten global insurance groups, is preferred
  • Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong written and oral proficiency in English
