(1) Support delivery of Agency Distribution key strategic initiatives through monitoring the progress of key performance indicators; key initiatives and providing analysis.
(2) Support ALC management through business reporting i.e., production, contest, and expense reporting

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in designing and developing reporting templates for periodic updates including but not limited to contest reports, production reports and expense reports.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring overall FWD Agency contest reports and expense reports are published according to schedule and deadlines.
  • Assist in reviewing ALC ARE claims and reports prepared within the team
  • Track and monitor overall agency distribution expense including preparing periodic reports to ALC and management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage and oversee projects as assigned.

  • Consistency in meeting deadlines
  • Consistently producing reports with minimal error
  • “Can do” attitude and able to adapt in dynamic working environment.
  • High attention to details
