Key responsibilities:
- Support ongoing website creation and enhancement projects by conducting requirements gathering, performing extensive user testing, and coordinating successful implementation across all digital platforms.
- Assist in the delivery of all e‑commerce–related projects, providing administrative and operational support as directed by the department head and line manager.
- Continuously review project life‑cycle deliverables, considering resource availability and system/application requirements to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
- Administer the Group’s digital platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all websites and booking engines—covering content, user experience, operational efficiency, and legal requirements.
- Support day‑to‑day website and digital operations, including content updates, booking engine configurations, and enhancing content created by hotel teams and content authors when necessary
- Collaborate closely with corporate departments to implement required website updates, new sections, or digital enhancements relevant to their functional needs.
- Provide project management support for new hotel website builds, contributing to planning, coordination, and execution as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head or line manager to support the team’s overall objectives.
- Able to effectively support the rollout of digital projects, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and alignment with project objectives.
- Ensures smooth and reliable operation across the digital channels, maintaining platform stability, accuracy, and optimal user experience.

Drives revenue through online channels by ensuring platform consistency, availability, and readiness across all customer‑facing digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in E‑Commerce, Information System, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project Management or E‑Commerce.
- Experience in website, booking engine, and/or system rollout within an international environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to support and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience in content management strategies and systems, as well as familiarity with common web programming languages and other web development or publishing tools, will be a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Independent, detail‑oriented, and demonstrates a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A committed team player—responsible, self‑driven, confident, and outgoing.
- Understanding of Project Management frameworks, such as Agile Scrum.
