You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:
- Are at least 18 years old, can successfully pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center. Education in Early Childhood Education is a big plus!
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
