The Assistant Director of Career Services supports the day-to-day operations of Career Services by providing career development guidance, coordinating student-focused programming, and fostering employer engagement opportunities. This position works closely with the AVP of Corporate and Industry Engagement to strengthen employer partnerships, enhance career readiness initiatives, and connects students with internships and employment opportunities that support their academic and professional goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for student and will independently handle career services appointments (such as resume guidance, interview prep, etc.)
- Initiate and implement Career Services Programs and Workshops (such as Career Day, Resume Workshops, etc.)
- Assist AVP in implementing and growing employer relationships and assist Advancement Team with events as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- 1 year or equivalent of relationship building, sales related or service-related cultivations and/or experience in recruiting
- Excellent writing, public speaking, and expository skills
