As a Community Bank, we provide personalized banking services and solutions to support the businesses, individuals, and charitable organizations of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, both in branch and online. In this role you will:
- Work with the Deposit Manager to support the needs of the Deposit Training Manager, Branch Managers, Quality Control Specialists, and Call Center Manager who lead the Branch Bankers, Tellers, Client Support Team, and Call Center Specialists.
- Support the Deposit Manager in ensuring that required functions are being completed accurately and compliantly; including, sales, implementation, customer service, product development and risk management.
- Develop, implement, or enhance departmental policies, procedures, and service standards; interpret and communicate work procedures and Bank policies to Bankers.
- Monitor product vendor communications, enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features and functionality; report updates and any concerns to the Deposit Manager.
- Respond to, or redirect to the appropriate party, any escalated client concerns.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching for team members with regard to client service and bank operations.
- Produce various management and audit reports.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations impacting banking services.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Fiserv Banking experience
- 2+ years management experience
- Must have a demonstrated ability to use tact, discretion, and diplomacy when dealing with clients and team members
- Proven leadership skills
