- Establishes operational objectives, processes, procedures and priorities for a department selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Manages more senior level exempt specialists and/or subordinate supervisors and managers. Has significant responsibility for developing the capabilities of senior level direct reports.
- Owns and manages daily collection of court data.
- Manages decisions regarding data operations activities.
- Ensures that team members adhere to the standards and requirements of ongoing data operations.
- Presents projects for management approval; approves overall solutions, designs and cost estimates for projects. Monitors project status to assure adherence to cost, quality and schedule.

What You'll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of directly related experience.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a management role.
- Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.
