Developing the detail design drawings, engineering calculations, bill of materials from customer specifications and working with project engineer to get the package approved from EPCs / End-User. Detailed engineering and design of Liquid & Gas Analyzer Systems including Analyzer Houses, Sample systems, Cabinets, Racks, etc. Generating Engineering Calculations: Stream composition Flash Points and Dew Points, Sample Lag Times, Wake Frequency, Rotameters sizing, Power Consumptions, etc. as applicable in On-Line Process Analyser Systems. Preparation of Specifications for the components of Analyzer Systems right from: HVACs, Electrical Panel Boards, Junction Boxes, Lights, Valves, Sample System Items, Pipes, etc. Evaluation of supplier quotes for technical feasibility details to match with Project Requirements. Design of all aspects of Analyzer Shelter including Structural Design, UPS, HVAC, Grounding, Fire & Gas systems, Lighting, Electrical Utilities, Cable Selection and Routing, Networking and Communication Equipment. Support customers on technical aspects for timely approval of engineering documentation. This shall call for single handedly leading the technical clarification meetings with EPCs / End-Users and providing the resolutions. Using the Design Engineering Skills, Best Analytical Practices and Process Analytical Standards to ensure that the job function is carried out to the satisfaction of EPC's / End-Users. Adhering to QMS/QHSE requirements and Company Compliance Policy. Conduct the Business Ethically in Compliance with the Laws and Regulations.

Skills Required
- Experience in detailed engineering and design of Liquid and Gas Analyzer Systems (analyzer houses, shelters, sample systems, racks, cabinets).
- Ability to generate engineering calculations: stream composition, flash points, dew points, sample lag times, wake frequency, rotameter sizing, power consumption.
- Prepare specifications for analyzer system components including HVAC, electrical panel boards, junction boxes, lighting, valves, piping, and sample system items.
- Experience in structural design of analyzer shelters including UPS, HVAC, grounding, fire & gas systems, lighting, electrical utilities, cable selection and routing.
- Evaluate supplier quotes for technical feasibility and align with project requirements.
- Ability to lead technical clarification meetings and interact directly with EPCs and end-users for approvals.
- Adherence to QMS/QHSE requirements and company compliance policies; conduct business ethically and in compliance with laws and regulations.
