Job Title                            ASEAN Marketing Manager


 Job Description

What you will be covering:

  • Country Marketing Planning & Execution
    • Contribute to quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets based on the defined Country strategic priorities of Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines.
  • Lead Generation
    • Own and drive effective end-to-end demand and lead generation programs in collaboration with ASEAN sales leaders to support ASEAN business growth objectives.
    • Accountable for delivering high-quality leads that achieve KPIs of MQL, marketing-sourced pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue
  • Program & Campaign Management
    • Work closely with ASEAN sales leads to define and plan local marketing campaigns that support business growth and GTM
    • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including executive roundtables, seminars, masterclasses, webinars, tradeshows,  social media, content syndication, telemarketing, e-Newsletters, direct mail, eDM drip nurture
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting
    • Manage the leads upload, assignment and tracking with Marketing Operations and ensure data accuracy on SFDC and PowerBI
    • Track and analyze campaign performance data on PowerBI to monitor leads conversion, pipeline creation and progression, and report on program ROI.
    • Develop dashboards and slides for Monthly Performance Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Performance Reviews
    • Prepare and present on market conditions, competitor activities and campaign performance
  • Alliance Marketing
    • Plan, develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with alliance partners to optimize the Alliance Partner MDF spend
    • Develop and propose sponsorship packages to alliance partners in line with policy and guidelines to drive returns
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Liaise and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to get buy-in, support and feedback:
      • ASEAN sales organization
      • APAC marketing programs, ops, digital, PR teams
      • Finance, Legal and Procurement teams
      • External partners, agencies and others
    • Marketing Admin
      • Manage the procurement (vendor sourcing, vendor onboarding), PO and invoicing processes with Procurement and Finance teams
      • Manage budget tracking on Allocadia with Marketing Ops team

What you bring to the table:

You are a dynamic and results-oriented marketer who is hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves to drive lead generation and pipeline progression for the ASEAN region.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business
  • 5 to 7 years B2B Field Marketing experience in a fast-paced tech company
  • Understanding of ASEAN IT markets and cultural differences
  • Proven track record in the development and execution of demand generation campaigns that deliver on MQL and pipeline growth
  • Attention for detail and strong project management skills with ability to recognise, adapt and respond to changing market and business environments
  • Highly organized and multi-tasking to handle several campaigns and timelines simultaneously
  • Initiative and willingness do what’s necessary to support the team and achieve successful business outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with, and positively influence a wide range of mulitfunctional stakeholders at Country, APAC and Global levels
  • Good command of English and additional language – Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia; able to do copywriting
  • Working knowledge of SFDC, PowerBI, Marketo and Allocadia
  • 5-10% overseas travel to cover events
