As an Artist, you will provide artistic support in the preparation of yearbook covers under general supervision. Ensure customer satisfaction by balancing artistic integrity, production quality, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Essential Functions:
- Assist schools by refining artwork and managing digital files without altering school-submitted designs.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction with cover designs through flexibility, responsiveness, and proactive communication.
- Generate film/files for finished artwork.
- Track and report billing, hours, and daily operational concerns to support departmental efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Artistic background demonstrated through education and portfolio, with proficiency in Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated artistic ability ranging from average to above average.
