At Wargaming Belgrade, we are looking for an Art Project Manager to strengthen the World of Warships 3D Team.
As a member of the World of Warships team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and passionate group of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the direction and success of the game.
Reports toArt Manager
What will you do?Support the setup of operational processes within the Art Department and help prioritize day-to-day tasks
Coordinate internal resources and facilitate communication across departments
Monitor task flow: manage incoming requests, assign them to internal teams, and track deadlines
Help the team improve overall efficiency and remove workflow blockers
Optimize content delivery processes to ensure smooth handoffs and timely completion
Hands-on experience working with art teams (2D, 3D)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Solid coaching and team motivation capabilities
Excellent communication and leadership qualities
Proficiency with task and project management tools
Understanding of scope, schedule, resources, and risk management
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Confident English and Russian communication (written and spoken)
Previous experience in the game development industry
Experience working with JIRA
Familiarity with Git
Knowledge of 3D software (even at a basic level, to understand team workflows)
Professional background in live service games
Hybrid (3 days of work from the office)
