Position Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer Associate to join our Product & Engineering team in Belgrade.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability and usability of the eFront ERM platform. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Consultants and Support teams, the QA Engineer will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to release validation.

This position is particularly suited to a highly autonomous individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute and maintain functional, integration and regression test plans.
  • Validate new product features and enhancements prior to release.
  • Identify, document and track software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to investigate, reproduce and validate issues.
  • Participate in release validation and production readiness activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies and quality standards.
  • Support and expand test automation initiatives.
  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage User Stories, Test Cases, Defects and Releases.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Development, Support and Consulting teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Actively contribute to maintaining a high-quality user experience across the platform.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing or a similar role.
  • Experience testing web-based or SaaS applications.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience with Git and Visual Studio.
  • Understanding of test automation principles and best practices.
  • Good understanding of APIs and web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing or maintaining automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
  • Exposure to Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control, Audit or Governance solutions.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar technologies to improve productivity, test design, defect analysis or software delivery activities.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its practical application within software engineering, testing and product development.
