Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of Sitecore-based solutions (including Sitecore XM Cloud/Sitecore AI) for enterprise clients.
- Drive overall technology strategy and design for high-traffic, scalable web platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robusttechnical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, reliability, performance, andscalability across solutions.
- Develop and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize delivery and system effectiveness.
- Participate in solution reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD processes, cloud deployment architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), and automation.
- Prepare architectural documentation, diagrams, and presentations for stakeholders.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and architecting large-scale websolutions and digital platforms.
- Strong experience with Sitecore, including Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore AI, andrelated Sitecore products.
- Deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem and frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of React JS, Next.js, and modern front-end architectures.
- Proven track record in architecting systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker,Kubernetes, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Sitecore Architect certification (preferred).
