Introduction
Join our Finance Operations team as an AR Executive and play a key role in ensuring effective accounts receivable management and healthy cash flow operations. Through customer collections, account reconciliation, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate financial records and support processes that enable better health for more people. Based in Delhi, India, you will contribute to the efficient execution of finance operations while supporting compliance and operational excellence. The position requires 3–8 years of relevant experience and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers through emails, calls, and visits to collect outstanding receivables
• Monitor customer outstanding balances and support timely collection activities
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers
• Submit invoices, statements, and supporting documentation to customers as required
• Partner with sales and business teams to address collection-related matters and support customer dispute resolution
• Maintain accurate records of collection status, customer communications, and follow-up activities
• Support month-end closing activities, audits, finance operations, and other assigned responsibilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
