Position Responsibilities:
- Document and map current-state workflows across practice or business areas, identifying inefficiencies and standardization opportunities
- Design and define optimized, repeatable processes to support AI-enabled platforms
- Support data preparation, structuring, and validation tasks that feed AI workflows
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides
- Partner with Product Managers and developers to ensure processes are accurately reflected in platform design
- Support training, adoption, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the firm
- Identify process-improvement opportunities and lead structured initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods (DMAIC) to measurably reduce waste, cycle time, and defects
- Serve as an active participant in change management for process improvements — supporting stakeholder communication, training, and adoption to ensure changes are sustained
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in process engineering, business analysis, operations, or a related field
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and quality assurance skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate across time zones with onshore Product Managers and stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills
- Amenable to working a midshift schedule (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT).
- Open to a hybrid work setup, with 2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week.
- Exposure to accounting, tax, or professional services workflows
- Familiarity with generative-AI tools and structured data workflows
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) with demonstrated experience applying Six Sigma / Lean methods to process improvement
- Experience with workflow automation or QA tooling
- Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and leading adoption of process changes; Black Belt certification a plus
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform)
