Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and market mapping.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in career opportunities.
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and minimum qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening, when required, to validate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
- Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitor information to support recruitment planning.
- Recommend alternative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill or niche positions.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment CRM.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Monitor sourcing activities and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing progress, and key sourcing metrics.
- Stay current with labor market trends, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline quality.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives through sourcing campaigns and networking activities, as needed.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working in or supporting recruitment for an accounting firm or professional services organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
