Position Responsibilities:
- Own request intake and prioritization — serve as the single point of contact for U.S. regional and industry GTM team members, triage incoming requests, set clear turnaround expectations, and keep a shared queue of recurring and one-off work.
- Manage local sponsorships end to end — In Aprio markets without a Regional Growth Manager, coordinate sponsorships of local events and charities against approved budgets, gather the required paperwork, and oversee the ads and deliverables tied to each sponsorship through production. This role will work with a US based Events team for events involving tradeshow exhibits. Events without exhibits, such as mixers or BD dinners associated with larger events are generally not supported by the events team. This team will support invitation development, invitation lists and tracking of registration progress.
- Oversee contracts and payments — review vendor agreements and invoices (with assigned IGL or RGL), coordinate approvals with U.S. budget owners, track spend against budget, follow up on payment status, and manage membership and dues renewals.
- Run the production pipeline — manage collateral production (one-pagers, ads, bios, landing pages, newsletters) through the team’s project management tool, route work to the design and production teams, quality-check assets, and confirm finals are filed in the brand asset library.
- Direct event logistics for mixers and local BD events in regions without a Regional Growth Manager — oversee registration tracking, venue selection and booking, and production of related sales collateral.
- Safeguard CRM and reporting quality — oversee list loading, hygiene, and pre- and post-event reconciliation in the CRM, and confirm the recurring reporting cadence (pipeline, event ROI, and growth inputs) is delivered on time for U.S. teams to interpret.
- Lead the coordinator — set service levels, review quality, coach and develop the coordinator, and help the team improve how the work gets done over time.
- Partner with IGLs and RGLs – build and maintain strong working relationships with the IGLs and RGLs
- Protect firm and client data — apply Aprio’s data-handling standards to contact lists, payment details, and any sensitive information the team touches.
The Go-to-Market Operations Manager runs the offshore team that handles GTM campaign administration for Aprio. You own the intake and prioritization of requests from U.S. marketing team members, manage the work through to hand-back, and help keep quality high and turnaround quick. You are the day-to-day point of contact for U.S. stakeholders and the person accountable for the team’s output.

- Experience handling vendor agreements, invoices, and budget tracking, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear, confident written and spoken English, and comfort working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones.
- A calm, organized approach to competing priorities and a genuine care for getting the details right.
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
