Position Responsibilities:
- Build and run Aprio's account-based programs end to end — from account strategy through campaign execution and measurement — in partnership with the larger Growth team, the GTM team, business development, and client advisors.
- Build and tier the target account list, combining intent data, firmographics, HubSpot signals, and advisor input to define who Aprio pursues, then segmenting accounts across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many models with clear entry criteria, investment levels, and success measures for each tier.
- Map buying groups — identifying the personas and committee dynamics inside each account and building journey maps that show what each stage of the buying process requires.
- Brief content and design teams and coordinate the asset mix — thought leadership, case studies, calculators, one-pagers, video, and interactive experiences tailored to tier and persona — translating account and industry insight into clear creative briefs and keeping a governed, reusable content library.
- Partner with the inbound and outbound email teams to design, build, and launch account-targeted nurture and outbound sequences, including list orchestration and advisor-led sends.
- Brief the paid media team on account-targeted display, social, and search programs, covering audience build, budget allocation, and creative rotation.
- Collaborate with the website team on landing pages, personalized destinations, and account microsites that carry the campaign message through to conversion.
- Equip advisors with the talk tracks, sequences, and account intelligence they need to follow up on engagement quickly.
- Use AI daily and help the team adopt it — identifying practical use cases across account research, persona insight, content variants, campaign briefs, and reporting, turning one-off wins into documented workflows the broader team can run, and applying it within firm data-handling and confidentiality standards with a human reviewer on anything client-facing.
- Own program measurement — tracking account engagement, buying-group coverage, pipeline influenced, opportunity progression, and return on investment (ROI) — and run structured tests on audience, offer, message, and channel mix to improve results.
- Administer the ABM tech stack and keep data flowing cleanly between it and HubSpot, Aprio's CRM and marketing automation platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of hands-on account-based marketing (ABM) work in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, including a strong understanding of complex, multi-touch B2B buying and selling cycles.
- A track record of building and running one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many programs that produced measurable pipeline.
- Deep, hands-on experience with account-based platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, Folloze, Mutiny, or comparable tools.
- Strong hands-on HubSpot proficiency — Aprio's CRM and marketing automation platform — including campaign management, lists and workflows, and reporting.
- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills — able to align content, design, email, paid media, web, and business development without formal authority over any of them.
- Comfort with intent data, firmographic data, and account scoring, plus the judgment to know when the data is telling you something real.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools in a marketing context — such as account research, content creation, personalization, or campaign operations — with a track record of using them to improve output, plus a habit of helping teammates adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Analytical fluency — able to build a measurement framework, read the results, and defend a recommendation.
- Clear, persuasive written and spoken English, with the ability to write for a U.S. B2B audience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
- Amenable to working on a nightshift schedule (8pm-5am PHT)
