The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide project initiatives. This associate-level role provides critical administrative and coordination support to Project Managers and the broader ePMO team. The Project Coordinator will work across both IT and non-IT projects spanning a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and eager to grow within a dynamic project management environment. Position Responsibiltiies

  • Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion. 
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs. 
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute meeting notes and action items. 
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, flagging risks or delays to the assigned Project Manager. 
  • Assist with resource coordination by maintaining team schedules, tracking availability, and communicating workload updates. 
  • Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure accurate, up-to-date project status and task assignments. 
  • Support the preparation of project status reports and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, distribute information, and ensure alignment on project activities. 
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of ePMO processes, templates, and standard operating procedures. 
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of the ePMO team, including managing shared communications and maintaining team resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project) is preferred. 
  • Exposure to both IT and non-IT project environments is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • CAPM certification or willingness to pursue is a plus.
