Position Responsibiltiies
- Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects across IT and non-IT domains from initiation through completion.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture and distribute meeting notes and action items.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, flagging risks or delays to the assigned Project Manager.
- Assist with resource coordination by maintaining team schedules, tracking availability, and communicating workload updates.
- Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure accurate, up-to-date project status and task assignments.
- Support the preparation of project status reports and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, distribute information, and ensure alignment on project activities.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of ePMO processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks in support of the ePMO team, including managing shared communications and maintaining team resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project) is preferred.
- Exposure to both IT and non-IT project environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- CAPM certification or willingness to pursue is a plus.
