The Opportunity
As a Thought Leadership Survey Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industries by creating unique perspectives and insights on overarching themes and industry-specific subjects. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. By utilizing market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns, you will engage clients and promote the firm's services.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business growth efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level relations. Translating the vision, you will set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of projects, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.
In this role, you will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership. You will solve problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity, encouraging others to do the same. You will also promote technological advances, creating an environment where people and technology thrive together.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Creating unique perspectives and insights on industry-specific subjects to position PwC as trusted advisors
- Collaborating with teams to frame distinctive points of view that shape the future of industries
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities
- Promoting the Firm's services through creative campaigns and effective sales strategies
- Conducting research and analysis to inform content creation and development
- Leading thought leadership efforts by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures
- Managing content quality and optimization to validate impactful communication
- Identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success for the Firm
- Cultivating potential in others and mentoring the next generation of leaders
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree

- Excelling in content creation and content strategy
- Utilizing data analytics for market insights and decision-making

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
