The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to provide advanced coordination and operational support across enterprise-wide initiatives. This senior associate-level role partners closely with Project Managers to drive project execution, manage reporting, and uphold ePMO governance standards. The Senior Project Coordinator will support projects across both IT and non-IT domains. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently on complex assignments. Position Responsibiltiies

  • Provide end-to-end coordination support for multiple concurrent enterprise projects across IT and non-IT domains, partnering with Project Managers to drive timely delivery. 
  • Develop, maintain, and improve project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting across the ePMO portfolio. 
  • Facilitate project meetings, including sprint reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder updates; prepare materials and ensure follow-through on action items. 
  • Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and issues and escalating to Project Managers as needed. 
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project teams on day-to-day coordination needs, ensuring clear communication and accountability. 
  • Manage and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) for accuracy, including configuration of workflows, dashboards, and reporting views. 
  • Assist in the development of executive-facing project status updates, presentations, and reports. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ePMO processes, templates, and governance frameworks. 
  • Onboard and support junior coordinators or project team members in ePMO tools and processes. 
  • Coordinate change management activities such as stakeholder communications, training scheduling, and documentation updates. 
  • Manage project-level budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice coordination in support of the assigned Project Manager. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management support, preferably in a professional services or enterprise environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities independently. 
  • Experience supporting both IT and non-IT projects across a variety of business functions. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Microsoft Project) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel). 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). 
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred. 
  • Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment is a plus.
