Responsibilities:
- Support monitoring and maintain application
- Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs
- Communicate incident to stakeholders
- Resolution and recovery any issue occurs
Requirements:
- Final year or fresh graduate preferably majoring in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta
- Committed to do 6 months internship period
- Good analytical skills
- Familiar with operating system Linux or Windows
- Familiar with software testing (e.g postman)
- Familiar with database (e.g postqresql, SQL Server)

Skills Required
