Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Document call details and update records in the system.
  • Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and recent graduates are welcome. ( non technical graduates)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
