Lors de votre alternance, vous serez accompagné(e) par votre tuteur et vous pourrez gérer des projets en toute autonomie en lien avec diverses parties prenantes de l’entreprise. Chez Otis, nous croyons que la confiance accordée à nos collaborateurs permet un meilleur épanouissement.

Poste basé à Nanterre.
En tant qu’alternant(e) juriste intégré(e) à la Direction Juridique, vos missions seront :
- Gestion du courrier, scan et distribution, enregistrement dans le SharePoint de la DJ
- Assistance à l’ouverture et au suivi des dossiers, lien avec les directions opérationnelles concernées par les procédures (prise de référence et demandes en région pour instruction des affaires)
- Assignations diverses (dommages ouvrages, TCE, accidents usagers)
- Suivi avec les juristes et avocats externes
- Support juridique aux opérationnels pour contestations des résiliations de contrats
- Recouvrement de créances simples et non contestées, injonctions de payer
- Déclarations de créances et suivi des procédures collectives
- Vérification, mise à jour, rédaction des documents et notes juridiques à publier sur l’intranet de la direction juridique et veille juridique
Pour cette alternance, nous recherchons les qualités suivantes :
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) en faculté de droit et intégré(e) un Master 1 avec une spécialisation Droit des affaires ou Droit fiscal
- Votre niveau d'anglais est opérationnel à l'écrit et à l'oral (C1 minimum) et vous maitrisez idéalement une autre langue
- Vous êtes rigoureux et avez la capacité de résoudre des problématiques
