At Amplifon Poland, we're currently looking for an Applications & Business Intelligence Lead to join our team in Łódź.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and Business Intelligence solutions, playing a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing business processes, and implementing global IT standards and solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business applications supporting the company's operations and retail network.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead the development and optimization of Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics solutions.
- Oversee system integrations, process standardization, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide second-level support for local business applications and coordinate the resolution of critical incidents.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate local initiatives and support the implementation of global IT projects and solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure business continuity and successful project delivery.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Applications, Business Intelligence, or Data & Analytics.
- Experience delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Experience managing and enhancing business applications and CRM/ERP systems, preferably Oracle CRM & ERP.
- Good understanding of business processes, system integrations, and IT service management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Fluent English (minimum B2).
