Za co budete zodpovídat
- Správa aplikace Omnitracker, podpora při zavádění nových obchodních míst, komunikace se zahraničními kolegy a podpora dalších aplikací spadajících do oddělení aplikační podpory
- Kontrola uložených dat o obchodních partnerech, oprava vstupních dat
- Úzká komunikace s týmem oddělení vývoje v ČR a Irsku
- Analýza a řešení kritických chyb, správa uživatelských účtů
- Vyřizování emailové a telefonní komunikace s uživateli
- Aktivní spolupráce s ostatními odděleními společnosti
- Průběžné prohlubování znalostí o produktech a službách společnosti
Jak si Vás představujeme:
- Znalost českého nebo slovenského jazyka na úrovni rodilého mluvčího
- Znalost anglického jazyka na komunikativní úrovni, němčina výhodou
- Ukončené středoškolské vzdělání
- Znalost programů MS Office /Word, Outlook/, Gmail a nástroje Google (Google Disk, Google Sheets)
- Znalost platebních systémů, Excelu výhodou
- Chuť učit se novým věcem – školení a seznámení s náplní práce zajistíme
- Dobré komunikační dovednosti, spolehlivost, profesionalita, vstřícnost, schopnost týmové práce
- Schopnost zvládat stresové situace
