RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Monitor interfaces between CONCUR, ESKER, CITIDIRECT, and ORACLE, ensuring swift coordination and resolution of any issues with vendor(s) and the technical support team.
- Generate CONCUR reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports for FSO, Subsidiaries, and Head of FSO on a monthly basis.
- Handle routine application‑related queries and issues for CONCUR, ESKER, and CITIDIRECT in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with finance teams and application users across departments / subsidiaries.
- Provide high-quality support services with professionalism and efficiency in handling customer queries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regional standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 - 2 years working experience
- Familiarity with CONCUR / ESKER / CITIDIRECT / Oracle is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic-intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Basic communication skills when dealing with users
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Able to independently handle routine operational tasks after training
