Provide Tier 2/3 support for in-house applications, manage enhancement backlog, develop and maintain RPA bots and Power Platform solutions, create technical documentation, and assist development team during high-priority deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for in-house developed applications, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the enhancement request backlog for existing solutions, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement small-to-medium changes.
  • Develop, maintain, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Design and build applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Take the lead on creating and updating technical specifications, user guides, and support runbooks for all existing applications.
  • Provide surge support to the core development team during high-priority project deadlines, assisting with tasks such as quality assurance (QA) testing, documentation, and development of well-defined software components.

 

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves):

  • Experience: 2-4 years in an application support, business systems analyst, or development role.
  • Power Platform: Proven hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • RPA: Demonstrable experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath preferred, Power Automate acceptable).
  • Database Skills: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding relational database concepts.
  • Foundational Development Knowledge: Demonstrable experience reading and debugging code in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, or JavaScript) and a solid understanding of REST APIs.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.

Desired Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Azure services like Logic Apps or Function Apps.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like Jira.

Skills Required
