YOUR CHALLENGE

As Application Operations Manager you are responsible to operate an IT Service E2E within the defined SLA, including understanding and tracking the service dependencies

You are the first point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance, and overarching service lifecycle related questions
-
During delivery of new features, you ensure proper implementation of non-functional requirements together with the Application Responsible and System Architect and coordinate the transition into UAT and Production environments
YOUR PROFILE
-
Knowledge of working with PDFs in Appway as an Appway-user
-
>2 years Java skills experience: able to read, understand, and adapt code
-
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint
-
Experience with administration, maintenance, and development of Appway applications ("Appway Administrator" or "Appway Developer Training" is a plus)
-
Experience in business analysis
-
>3 years’ experience with Oracle databases (SQL and PL/SQL)
-
>3 years’ experience experience operating standard software (lifecycle, parameterization, and further development) on Linux environments (3rd Level or 2nd Level Support)
-
Banking knowledge in client partner data management (CRM), account opening, and compliance environment are advantageous
-
A self-motivated, communicative personality with great interest in new challenges with independent and responsible working attitude

Analytical and conceptual thinking style

Willingness for on-call and weekend shifts

Experience with agile project methodologies

Business fluent in English (oral and written) is a must and fluent Spanish would be beneficial
