The Application Management Supervisor
The Application Management Supervisor is responsible for leading a team that provides support and maintenance for EWS, UMT, and data migration accounts.
This role includes:
Managing workload distribution and overseeing shift schedules
Coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations for team members
Ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and application issues in accordance with defined SLAs.
Be aware of company objectives, respect them and act on them.
Steer and motivate people to implement the company’s strategy and values.
Guarantee that the team members are following company policies and guidelines.
Ensure that work and team environment provide a stimulating atmosphere that generates high levels of engagement in its members.
Allocate work in order to develop individual team members' skills and potential and ensure individualized career development plans for each direct report.
Communicate all important company or business information to the team members.
Define objectives along with the Management and team members and monitor their performance by conducting or participating to performance evaluations.
Ensure succession planning within the department.
Complete the team’s appraisals.
Participate in the recruitment of new employees and contribute to the retention strategy of the company.
Be responsible for the development of the Strada-IP department and to the ongoing process of improvement
Spearhead initiating communications within Strada parties regarding cross tower functionalities and procedural clarity
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of ABAP experience.
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science, or any related degree.
Preferrably with HCM Experience.
Great leadership experince.
S4/HANA Experience/Certification an advantage
Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML.
Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes, and services
Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web-based business process as a service application solution
Motivation and desire for improvement
