Implement and support Workday integrations: gather requirements, configure integrations using Workday tools, test and rollout solutions, resolve integration issues, and evaluate new Workday release impacts. Gather requirements, estimate work, perform unit and integration tests, monitor transactions, deploy solutions across environments, document interfaces, resolve issues within SLAs, and collaborate with customers and internal teams.

Process end-to-end payroll per client standards, manage ticket queues, use hrX and BI tools, produce payroll and statutory reports, validate data, support SOC1 controls, system testing, RCA, third-party transactions, and provide peer knowledge transfer while maintaining legislative and process compliance.

Administer Singapore payrolls, support client engagement and go-lives, maintain client solution documentation and DWIs, resolve technical/functional issues, manage legislation roadmap, support year-end, identify upsell opportunities, train and coach team members, and drive process improvements and compliance with security standards.

Manage Workday and PMO project activities, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, dashboards, reporting, status calls, project policies, benefits analysis, meeting records, timesheets, and PTO reporting. The role supports customers and departments, coordinates with finance, monitors project risks and compliance, improves methodologies, and ensures projects meet performance, budget, and timeframe requirements.

Responsible for local and international client billing, intercompany billing, daily operational finance support, month-end close activities (account analysis, reconciliations, bank reconciliations), preparing reports and analyses, and supporting audits and balance sheet close. Must understand accounts receivable and payable processes and produce quality post-close reporting.

Provide technical and functional consulting and support for SAP HCM payroll (Brazil PY). Configure and parameterize SAP HCM, manage tickets and priorities, create and maintain technical/functional documentation, collaborate with internal and external teams, and support interfaces, reports, and ABAP-related tasks while understanding HR process flows and system architecture.

Process end-to-end Swiss payroll, manage ticket queues, validate payroll data and reports, handle confidential payroll matters, answer German payroll queries, support system testing and technical issue resolution, maintain legislative compliance, and participate in projects and knowledge transfers.

Deliver and configure SAP HCM Payroll (Turkish) and Time Management solutions, ensure legal compliance, resolve complex payroll issues, document specs, perform testing, mentor team members, and support continuous improvement and customer success.

The consultant will oversee Strada Pay implementations, working closely with clients to configure payroll solutions, validate payroll data, and facilitate project activities.

Lead SAP HCM CH/AT payroll solutions, design and configure payroll schemas and PCRs, ensure compliance and integrations (TM, FI), drive testing and reconciliation, mentor juniors, manage delivery quality and expand payroll services.
