Documents interactions, researches and resolves inquiries using established procedures and SLAs, escalates complex issues, protects sensitive information, and meets quality and productivity standards. The role is full-time and in-person in Tallahassee, with occasional extended shifts and participation in training and team meetings.

Leads enterprise sales and pre-sales activities for cloud deployment, payroll, HCM, and ERP solutions. Develops territory strategies, manages discovery and scoping, coordinates technical and delivery teams, creates proposals and RFP responses, presents client offers, influences pricing, and drives profitable sales, renewals, and client satisfaction. Builds senior client relationships and provides market intelligence to product and delivery teams.

Executes SAP HCM data migration activities across payroll country implementations, including template preparation, data extraction, transformation, validation, loading, reconciliation, reporting, and client sign-off support. Provide senior-level SAP HCM (French payroll) application support: manage complex tickets and changes, develop and test code/customizing, document technical and functional solutions, coach junior team members, liaise with France colleagues, and act as subject-matter expert for French payroll and legal changes.
