Provides Tier 1 customer support across benefits, HR, recruiting, payroll, and time and leave services. Resolves customer issues through research, requirement clarification, first-contact resolution, case management, database updates, and customer education. Maintains knowledge through training, supports service improvements, and works effectively in a structured, performance-based environment. The role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Provides Tier II support for escalated and complex HR-related customer inquiries through calls, email, and tickets. Resolves non-routine issues, documents interactions, recommends process improvements, and escalates when needed. The role also supports performance initiatives, assists with new-hire training, and maintains knowledge of Strada’s HR services while delivering high-quality customer service.

Lead multiple Workday Financial and HCM implementation projects from start to finish. Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, teams, client relationships, requirements translation, stakeholder communications, and delivery quality. Support internal capability through knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring while maintaining expertise in Workday and financial ERP systems.

Processes payroll accurately and on schedule for assigned clients, reviews payroll data and reports, investigates discrepancies and system defects, performs root-cause analysis, supports audits and SOC 1 controls, collaborates with clients and providers, improves processes, maintains documentation, develops training materials, and supports payroll testing and system changes.

Provide SAP HCM UK/IE payroll implementation and support: design and configure payroll, create FDDs, coordinate with ABAP developers, run integration tests, own functional processes, resolve client issues, and deliver documentation and status reporting across multiple projects.

Leads the learning and development strategy for a large operational organization. Oversees onboarding, instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs; builds curricula and knowledge resources; manages training professionals; partners with business leaders to address skill gaps; measures learning effectiveness through operational metrics; manages LMS content; and supports systems implementations, compliance, organizational change, and continuous improvement.

It also mentors development teams, advises on presales activities, identifies customer opportunities, manages project workloads, mitigates risks, and ensures service quality and profitability.

Leads complex SAP Payroll and euHReka implementations and improvement projects, covering requirements, analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, documentation, and post-go-live support. Provides technical direction, solves complex application-environment issues, oversees data structures and integrations, mentors development teams, supports presales, identifies customer opportunities, manages work allocation, and drives service quality, performance, and continuous improvement.

Supports SAP HCM data migration projects under the guidance of a Data Migration Lead. Responsibilities include preparing templates, extracting, transforming, validating, loading, and reconciling HR and payroll data across testing and production environments. The consultant reviews data quality, produces validation reports, supports client sign-off, tracks loading results, recommends improvements, and contributes to multiple concurrent global projects.

Provides Workday Finance Record-to-Report consulting as a subject matter expert and solution architect. Designs and deploys Workday solutions, translates business requirements into system requirements, manages integrations and touchpoints, and supports client relationships. Leads or contributes to projects across scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include mentoring colleagues, facilitating stakeholders, maintaining technical expertise, and independently planning work within the functional area.

Supports SAP HCM payroll solutions by resolving technical issues, configuring payroll schemas and forms, defining technical designs, testing integrations, documenting processes, and improving customer-specific and platform solutions. The role involves learning SAP technologies, collaborating across technical and functional teams, applying structured problem-solving, and maintaining technical certifications while supporting Dutch payroll operations.

Executes SAP HCM data migration activities across payroll countries, including template preparation, data extraction, transformation, validation, testing and production loading. Reviews data quality, tracks loading results, prepares validation reports, supports client reconciliation and sign-off, and assists the Data Migration Lead across multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate daily US payroll activities, answer client payroll questions, prepare and distribute reports, manage tax and garnishment coordination, review payroll transmittals, support timely payroll processing, train Tier 2 resources, document processes, and provide team leadership when the team lead is absent. Requires advanced Excel skills and expertise in payroll testing, mapping, reporting, and analysis.

Supports end-to-end Dutch payroll delivery for clients, including implementations, payroll processing, system testing, compliance, legislation updates, issue resolution, documentation, process optimization, and year-end activities. Provides technical and functional guidance to payroll teams, manages escalations, supports client relationships, identifies improvement and upsell opportunities, and trains team members. Requires expert knowledge of Dutch payroll processes and legislation, strong attention to detail, and 3–4 years of relevant payroll experience.

Processes Dutch payroll end to end, including payroll transactions, reporting, statutory year-end activities, data validation, corrections, ticket management, and compliance. Responds to payroll inquiries, manages sensitive information, supports system testing and technical issue resolution, maintains knowledge of legislation and procedures, and provides peer knowledge transfer. Requires Dutch and English proficiency, payroll administration experience, strong Excel and payroll-integrated systems knowledge, attention to detail, and risk-management skills.

Supports end-to-end German payroll processing, payroll reporting, legislation compliance, issue resolution, client inquiries, root cause analysis, change requests, and implementation projects. The role also coaches colleagues, supports client engagement, identifies upsell opportunities, maintains payroll documentation, and provides functional and technical support while protecting confidential information.

Resolves complex Tier II benefits and HR cases, including COBRA enrollments, appeals, escalations, and inquiries. Provides subject-matter expertise and real-time guidance to customer care representatives, performs callbacks, meets service-level and quality standards, and supports audits, evaluations, coaching, and training.

Lead technical and functional design and implementation of SAP/euHReka payroll solutions. Capture requirements, design data structures, develop and test complex applications, mentor team members, provide technical support, advise on pre-sales, optimize performance, and ensure project profitability and quality across implementations.
