- Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan.
- Continue to improve knowledge on application related issues for the Metrology and Tunning tool.
- Taking leading position of application support for Metrology and Tunning tool, acting as communication channel between customer and HQ.
- Join regular meeting with customers for summarizing and reporting issues as well as providing feedback on a technical level.
- Tracking action items and open issues with customer to help bring into fast closure.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for local and HQ, including giving technical presentation. Seeking the potential business chances.
- Travel for up to few weeks may be required to assist domestic and oversea customers.
- Periodical training in HQ (Germany) is required, training period 1 – 3 months depended on the training subject.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Education
- Master or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in Engineering, Material science, Maths or Physics is preferred.
Experience
- Knowledge of optics, metrology or lithography is a plus.
Other skills
- Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel demestic and internationally.
