Job Description
The AE is supposed to be part of the team to support CSP (smaller or medium size) and Xinchuang segment, as the frontline technical resource inside sales organization, covering both pre-sales and post-sales. The goal is build stronger local capability to resolve customer issues/concerns more timely.
Duties of this position shall include:
- Work with FAE to address technical issues reported from customers, including both pre-sales and post-sales.
- Assist senior team members to build capabilities like solution and platform for China unique segments.
- Work with SLDM div on RC and resolution to customer issues.
- Work with FAE on the comm when it is ready to close the issue/move forward.
- Manage customer technical request and act as the interface into SLDM Div.
Qualifications
- 3+ NAND/SSD industry experience. eSSD, RAID or server platform experience is a plus.
- Bachelor Degree. Master is a plus.
- Good communication skills, in Chinese and English. Experience on customer comm is a plus.
- Team work spirit. Know how to work with team members (inside and outside) well.
- Good Hand on skills and spirit. Willing to dig issues into the bottom. Have passion on understanding why behind a technical issue.
