We are seeking a skilled and motivated Google AppSheet Developer to design, build, and maintains custom no-code mobile and web applications to streamline business processes using Google AppSheet. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into functional, user-friendly apps, integrating data sources like Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL. Key tasks include automating workflows, creating dashboards, and troubleshooting.

- Designs, builds, and maintains custom no-code mobile and web applications to streamline business processes using Google AppSheet.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into functional, user-friendly apps, integrating data sources like Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL. Key tasks include automating workflows, creating dashboards, and troubleshooting.
- App Development: Design and deploy custom applications using the AppSheet platform.
- Data Integration: Connect apps to data sources (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, BigQuery).
- Automation & Workflows: Create automated workflows (e.g., email notifications, report generation).
- Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into functional, user-friendly features.
- Optimization & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
- Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation and provide training/support to end-users.

Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in app development, specifically with AppSheet.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive).
- Database Skills: Strong understanding of database structure and SQL.
- Advanced Skills: Experience with Google Apps Script for customization is often required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis, data visualization and reporting tools
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel
- Very good knowledge of modern database systems and the related best practices
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment
- Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles
- Project management skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with 2+ years of experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity
