Position Overview:

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize technical delivery tasks for Asia Pacific development team. 

• Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages to support Asia Pacific applications and platforms.

• Build, maintain and uplift .NET websites for travel related applications.

• Develop clear and concise technical specifications and documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Review and refactor .Net applications and associated code.

• Test and debug Travel .NET applications.

• Support junior developers’ work and provide technical guidance where necessary.

• Document development and operational procedures and ensure its adherence across the portfolio.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years and experience as .NET application developer.

• Extensive knowledge of .NET languages including C#, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.Net, .NetCore.

• Proficient with front-end development languages and frameworks including React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.

• Knowledge of various software design patterns e.g. MVC, MVVM, thick client, thin client

• Knowledge of AI tools and exposure to Claude and other AI development toolkit.

• Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and methodologies (test automation experience preferable)

• Knowledge of SQL Server and associate data patterns

• Knowledge of cloud native applications and development practices (Azure preferable)

• Ability to track & manage project tasks and deliverables to successful closure.

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile delivery environment.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline.

• ITIL or other service management frameworks

• Knowledge of travel industry and travel related technologies.
