Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional software solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration to ensure that applications are efficient, reliable, and scalable within the organizational environment. The developer also participates in iterative development cycles, testing, and refining applications to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with retail business processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP applications with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
