StellenbeschreibungAre you passionate about supply chain planning and interested in how digital solutions can improve global processes?
In this role, you will contribute to the further development of our supply chain planning landscape. You will support and enhance our planning applications, help ensure stable system operations and work closely with business teams to translate supply chain requirements into effective system solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Support, configure and continuously improve supply chain planning applications, particularly Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro
- Translate business and process requirements into practical system solutions in collaboration with Process Owners, Key Users and technical teams
- Support the ongoing operation of our applications, including ticket handling, troubleshooting and coordination of solutions
- Perform system and functional tests and contribute to prototyping and solution validation
- Support system implementations, rollouts, go-lives and subsequent stabilization phases
- Assist business teams in system-related supply chain processes such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory Management
- Contribute to projects and improvement initiatives within our Integrated Planning landscape
- Create and maintain system and process documentation and support knowledge transfer within the organization
- Collaborate with international business functions, IT teams and external partners
- Completed education in Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Understanding of supply chain processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning or S&OP
- Interest in digital solutions, system configurations, data structures and the implementation of business requirements
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- A service-oriented mindset and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders in an international environment
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German is a Plus
The following would be an advantage:
- Professional experience in supply chain planning, application management, business process management or system support
- Experience as a Key User or Process Expert for a supply chain, planning, ERP or BI solution
- Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro or another supply chain planning solution
- Experience with system testing, troubleshooting or functional validation

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 49.690,62 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
