• 募集品質向上に向けた教育・管理・指導

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• お客さまサービスの品質向上に向けた業務品質の向上
• 三重支店の運営及び上位組織である東海北陸地区統括部のサポート
• 売上高（損保＋生保手数料）の拡大⇒Y2023年間1億3085万
• 販売組織の拡充（営業社員採用・被統括代理店の登録と既存募集人を含めた育成）
• ピープルマネジメント⇒フィールドサポート1名、営業社員2名
• 営業社員育成のためのマーケット開拓（法人会及び各種団体へのアプローチ）
• AIG損保商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間GPW実績4億5840万
• AIG以外損保商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間ANP実績3650万
• 大型保障制度の拡販⇒Y2024年間大同生命死亡S6000万
• FWD生命商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間AAP実績374万
• AIG損保との連携強化による事業承継案件への対応
• 担当法人会との関係強化（総会・各種会合への参加）
• 法人顧客との関係強化

• 保険募集に携わるメンバーを管理したことのある豊富な経験
• 営業社員採用・育成や代理店登録・育成の経験があれば尚可
• 「責任感」「積極性」「率先垂範」
• 一定規模以上の法人との商談経験（成約なら尚可）
• 企業の団体・組織との商談経験（集団扱の導入など）
