  • 三重支店の運営及び上位組織である東海北陸地区統括部のサポート
  • 売上高(損保+生保手数料)の拡大⇒Y2023年間1億3085万
  • 販売組織の拡充(営業社員採用・被統括代理店の登録と既存募集人を含めた育成)
  • ピープルマネジメント⇒フィールドサポート1名、営業社員2名
  • 営業社員育成のためのマーケット開拓(法人会及び各種団体へのアプローチ)
  • AIG損保商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間GPW実績4億5840万
  • AIG以外損保商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間ANP実績3650万
  • 大型保障制度の拡販⇒Y2024年間大同生命死亡S6000万
  • FWD生命商品の拡販⇒Y2024年間AAP実績374万
