Job Description

We are seeking a talented Apache Superset Developer to join our team and help build robust data

visualization and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data

visualization principles, experience with Apache Superset, and a passion for creating intuitive and

impactful data dashboards.

Desired Skill:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with Apache Superset or similar data visualization tools.

Strong understanding of SQL and data modelling.

Proficiency in Python to address the backend code changes for Superset.

Proficiency on UI technologies to make the look and feel changes JavaScript, Typescript, React ,

HTML5, CSS3.

Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Flask App builder/ Flask, Django,Gunicorn,

Webpack).

Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., ETL, data warehousing).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.

Experience with data science and machine learning tools.

Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of Groovy on Grails preferred

Responsibilities:

Participate in requirements analysis

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture

Test and deploy applications and systems

Design, develop, and maintain Apache Superset dashboards and visualizations to meet business

requirements.

Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them

into effective data visualizations.

Customize Superset's user interface and functionality to match specific business requirements.

Integrate Superset with other data sources and systems.

Develop and maintain custom plugins or extensions for Superset.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Superset deployments and performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and BI tools.

Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
