The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Senior Manager to execute APAC marketing for our Neurovascular portfolio.
This role will execute integrated, evidence-driven marketing plans that accelerate adoption across acute care, post-acute rehabilitation and community care settings. The senior marketing manager will partner closely with Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory and local affiliate teams to deliver launch excellence, sustained growth, and exceptional patient and clinician experience across diverse APAC markets, including expansion into Australia and New Zealand markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end APAC commercial launches: pre-launch evidence, local adaptation, training, launch communications and post-launch optimization.
- Translate global strategy into market-tailored, compliant campaigns in partnership with local affiliates.
- Manage product lifecycle: positioning, messaging, pricing support, promotional assets and RWE-informed value proposition.
- Drive evidence generation and HEOR partnerships to build compelling clinical and economic cases for payers and hospitals.
- Execute omnichannel HCP and patient engagement plus account-based marketing to increase penetration in hospitals and post-acute providers.
- Oversee budget, vendors and sales enablement; monitor KPIs, align stakeholders regionally and expand Neurovascular into Australia & New Zealand.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health — with at least 5 years focused on interventional neurovascular radiology / neurosurgery / interventional radiology closely related therapeutic areas.
- Proven track record of leading regional launches and driving commercial growth across multiple APAC markets.
- Strong experience with evidence-based marketing, HTA/market access engagement, and collaborating with Medical Affairs and clinical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in omnichannel marketing, digital patient/HCP engagement, and data-driven campaign measurement.
- Experience managing P&L or significant marketing budgets and external agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to influence senior clinicians, payers, and regional leadership.
- Proficient in English to perform the role effectively.
