What You’ll Do
- Shape regional strategy: Define and implement the influencer and affiliate marketing playbook for APAC, ensuring local markets align with broader business objectives.
- Drive performance & ROI: Analyze and steer campaign performance (ROAS, conversions, engagement) to maximize revenue across channels.
- Manage strategic partnerships: Own relationships with agencies, affiliate networks, and external stakeholders to expand reach and revenue.
- Provide regional guidance: Mentor and support country teams, setting frameworks, best practices, and processes for high-performing campaigns.
- Oversee budgets: Ensure marketing budgets deliver measurable impact and prioritize high-value initiatives.
- Identify trends & opportunities: Track emerging platforms, market trends, and innovative marketing techniques to keep Emma ahead in APAC.
- Scale insights across APAC: Develop playbooks, share learnings, and implement consistent standards across markets.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4-8 years marketing experience with a focus on influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing, with regional or multi-market exposure preferred.
- Strategic mindset: Proven ability to design and execute high-impact, revenue-driven marketing strategies.
- Data-driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Partnership expertise: Experience managing agencies, affiliate networks, or key external stakeholders at scale.
- Influence: Able to collaborate with country teams and senior leadership to align on objectives and drive execution.
