We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an international business, working across our UK and European operations while learning from experienced finance professionals.

You'll play a key role in supporting our Accounts Payable function, helping to ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time, while gaining exposure to broader finance processes, systems and stakeholder management.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate AP Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of the Accounts Payable function by:

  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Verifying invoice details, approvals, coding and supporting documentation.

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.

  • Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to queries promptly.

  • Supporting payment processes and supplier account maintenance.

  • Building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Assisting with reporting and finance administration activities.

  • Supporting the ongoing improvement of finance processes and controls.

  • Working closely with colleagues across Finance, HR and operational teams.
