Act as Technical Design Authority and Principal Designer, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, UK standards, buildability, safety, and commercial optimisation while mentoring design teams and driving continuous improvement.

Lead RF design, deployment and optimisation of tunnel and trackside mobile networks for HS2. Perform RF surveys, modelling, link budgets, DAS room design, BOMs and detailed configs. Coordinate handovers, MNO reviews, equipment selection, interference mitigation and safety compliance; produce reports, RAMS, and deliver projects on time and budget.

Lead RF design and optimisation for trackside macro cellular sites on the HS2 project. Perform RF modelling and link budgets (Atoll), modify clutter/DTM data, design antennas/feeders/RET and DAS head-ends, collaborate with MNOs, produce low-level designs (BOMs, cable schedules), run tests (TEMS/NEMO), deliver reports, ensure RAMS and H&S compliance. Role is hybrid with two days weekly in Birmingham.

The Senior Revenue Accountant ensures revenue integrity through compliance with accounting standards, supports monthly close, and collaborates across teams for accurate reporting.

Lead technical accounting research and policy development under U.S. GAAP, analyze complex transactions (revenue, leases, business combinations, consolidation), build accounting models, advise cross-functional teams, prepare technical memorandums, support financial reporting and external audits, and ensure consistent accounting application and controls.
